President & Chief Executive Officer
Ted joined the company in 1989 and became President & CEO in 1997. Prior to Primax Ted managed law enforcement information systems for the state of Tennessee, where he implemented significant quality assurance initiatives. He stresses accessibility to clients and staff, open lines of communication, and goal-driven management. He holds a B.S. in Biology from Middle Tennessee State University.

Jeanne joined the company in 1987. With more than 37 years in the industry, and a background in managing a large authorization call center, she is responsible for our human capital. She ensures that our corporate culture remains focused on client satisfaction. Jeanne is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mike has been with the company since 2007 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in January 2013. Previously he has worked in similar roles at various greater Boston firms and in public accounting. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant, has a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and a Masters Degree from Bentley College.
Brad Singer joined the company as General Manager in 2014 and is responsible for the growth and profitability of the business unit. Singer previously served as EVP/COO for PayOne. Prior to PayOne, he held executive roles in business development, client services, marketing, sales and product management in successful startups including Teleknowledge and NewsEdge. In addition, he worked in financial management positions with Fortune 100 organizations General Electric and Citibank. Singer served on the board of the Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF), has been a frequent speaker at industry events and holds multiple patents in mobile commerce and authentication. Brad earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Computer Science from Tufts University, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Wharton Business School.
