The first webinar, The Hidden Power of Your Credit Policy, is scheduled for February 25 at 11AM ET and will address the challenges and importance of developing and maintaining a proactive credit policy for the issuance of credit cards. Featured experts Susan Mylchreest and Joli Wood have held senior operational roles for over 25 years at Butterfield Bank, Scotiabank, StellarOne Bank and First Union.
“We are excited to launch our 2015 Bankcard Leadership Series,” stated Brad Singer, General Manager of Primax. “Credit policy is a great opportunity for financial institutions to further enhance their overall commercial and consumer banking relationships.”
Said Susan Mylchreest, Executive Director of Cyberlis, “Too often credit policies are rigidly set up front and not proactively managed over the life of the program. As a result, many portfolios fail to thrive. In this first webinar we’ll address this challenge with best practices including dynamic behavior scoring, risk based pricing, and benchmark metrics for profitable portfolios.”
