information to your cardholders and merchants.  Billing Adjustments
Your postage charges will be billed at the new rates beginning January 26,2020.

Adjustments for postage will be made for the difference between the new rate and the old rate for the last six (6) days of January. If you are billed daily for
postage, the adjustment will appear daily. If you are billed monthly for postage, the adjustment will appear at January month end. The adjustments
that appear on your invoice correspond with that day’s invoiced activity.  ZIP sort will be credited at the old rate for January activity and an adjustment
offsetting the change will be made on your February invoice to correct the
rate difference for the last six (6) days of January.
